JAMES “JIM” MAGLINGER

Sacramento, KY. – James “Jim” Maglinger, 77, of Sacramento, Kentucky passed away on January 2, 2018 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center.
James was born in Stanley, Kentucky on October 2, 1940 to the late Raymond and Martina (Freels) Maglinger.
He worked as a brick mason for many years. Jim was a big fan of the Atlanta Braves, Indianapolis Colts, and University of Kentucky.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Raymond Maglinger.
Jim is survived by his children, Sondra Rickard and her husband, Morgan of Sacramento, KY; Jimmy Maglinger and his wife, Kimberly of Owensboro, KY; grandchildren, Scott Anderson and his wife, Nina of Sacramento, KY; Eric Maglinger of Owensboro, KY; Audrey Maglinger of Owensboro, KY; Joshua Rickard and his wife, Candice of Sacramento, KY; several great-grandchild, siblings, Bobby Maglinger of Evansville, IN; John D. Maglinger and his wife, Connie of Evansville, IN; Mary Maglinger of Evansville, IN; Betty Oost and her husband, Bill of Owensboro, KY.
Services will 1 P.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Koehler Funeral Home in Boonville, Indiana with Brother Jim Nelson officiating. Burial will be at Bates Hill Cemetery in Yankeetown, Indiana.
Visitation will be 10 A.M. until 1 P.M. on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bates Hill Cemetery Fund.
